Drill Ship Support is the agency services provided to a drillship which is a merchant vessel designed for use in exploratory offshore drilling of new oil and gas wells or for scientific drilling purposes. The drillships work in water depths ranging from 2,000 to more than 10,000 feet (610 to 3,048 meters).
